Chocolate cake recipe (Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and choco wafer sticks)

                     Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and choco wafer sticks



Ingredients:-


                            1. Flour - 160gr


                            2. Cocoa powder -35 grams

                            3. Baking powder - 3/4 teaspoon

                            4. Baking soda - 3/4 teaspoon

                            5. Salt - a pinch

Sieve the above together, thrice.

                            6. Butter - 113gr in room temp

                            7. Sugar - 200 gr (Powder it)

                            8. Eggs - 2 (In room temp)

                            9. Curd - 3/4 cup

                            10. Vanilla - 1 teaspoon

How to:-


In a large bowl, beat powdered sugar + butter until fluffy. Add one egg + vanilla and beat. Then add another egg. Beat until the volume increases. Then fold the flour mix and curd alternately in batches. Pre-heat the Oven in 180d and pour the batter in the prepared tin and bake for about 25 mints. Here i weighed the batter and made two 7" cakes each weighing 400 grams. Total outcome was 800 gram cake.
