Choco Mocha Cup Cakes

                         Choco Mocha Cup Cakes


Ingredients:-

                            1. Cooking Chocolate – 100 gr (Grated)


                            2. Flour – 1 cup

                            3. Baking Powder – ½ teaspoon 

                            4. Sugar – ½ cup (Powder it)

                            5. Eggs – 2 (In room temp)

                            6. Buttermilk – ¼ cup (In ¼ cup milk, add 1 table spoon vinegar to make buttermilk)

                            7. Oil – ¼ cup

                            8. Black coffee – ½ cup (Boil ½ cup water and add ½ tsp instant coffee powder)


How to:-



            1. Prepare black coffee and add grated chocolate into hot coffee and stir well until all the chocolate chunks are melted. Keep aside and let it            cool.

            2. Sieve flour + baking powder thrice. Keep aside.

            3. In a large bowl, add powdered sugar + cracked eggs and beat with an electric beater until fluffy and pale.

            4. Add Oil + Butter milk to the batter and beat well. 

            5. Slowly add melted chocolate mixture and continue beating.

            6. Remove the blades and keep aside.

             7. Add flour mix to the batter spoon by spoon and mix with a spatula/wooden spoon. Continue the process until the flour is fully incorporated in the batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

             8. Pre-heat the Oven for ten minutes in 180 degree.

             9. In a cup cake mould, arrange liners and pour a ladle full of batter. Remember to fill until half of the liner. Continue to fill all the liners.

            10. Bake the cupcakes for 18-20 minutes or until a cocktail stick inserted comes out clean.

             11. Baking time may vary according the size of the cupcake liners and the Oven temperature Hence keep an eye on the cakes before the given time.

             12. This recipe gives 12 medium sized cupcakes.
