Cake pops

                                                 Cake pops

Ingridients

                                     1. Vanilla cake pieces crumbled - 3 cups

                                     2. Condensed milk - 3 table spoon

                                     3. Cooking chocolate - grated - 200g

                                     4. Lolipop sticks - 10-15 (according to the number of balls)

                                     5. Sprinkles - to decorate

                                     6. Thick thermocol sheet - 1 long one

How to make :

In a large bowl, add crumbled cake pieces (Make sure there are no big pieces)

Add condensed milk and stir well. Knead with hand and make lemon size balls.

Then arrange the balls in a parchment sheet. Keep in freezer for 15 mints.

Melt the grated chocolate in a double boiler. Take out the balls from the freezer.

Dip one end of a lolipop stick in the melted chocolate and insert in the ball, then dip the ball in the melted chocolate.

Then sprinkle some sweet balls or chocolate rice on top of it and arrange on the thermocol sheet. (Prick the thermocol deeply with a sharp and thin screw driver before arranging the pops.

((If using chocolate cake, instead of condensed milk, chocolate frosting or chocolate ganache could be used to make the balls.))
