In a large mixer jar, add sugar and powder it. Then crack eggs in, oil, banana pieces and grind.
Add 1/2 cup wheat flour and blend. Add rest of the flour and grind. If the mixture is too thick, add 1/4 cup of fresh cream. Remove the mixer jar and keep aside. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix well. Keep aside for 10 mints. By that time, preheat your Oven in 180 d for 10 mints.
Grease well a bread loaf pan and line with a parchment sheet. Pour a small layer of batter to it and sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle a table spoon of Blueberry preserve.
Repeat the steps twice until the last drop of batter. Generously sprinkle chocolate chips and blueberry preserve on top too. Then tap the pan twice to release the air bubbles, if any.Bake around 40 mints in 180 or until its done.
When you insert a cocktail stick in the middle, it should come out clean. Remove the pan from the Oven and let it cool completely. Run a knife around the sides of the cake pan and invert the loaf into a parchment. Slice and enjoy the way you like. :)
