Easy Ghee cake
Ingredients
All purpose flour
(maida)- 1 cup (I use 200 ml bowl)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
ghee - 3 table spoon - melted and cooled
sugar - 3/4 cup powdered
Eggs - 2
Milk - 4 tb sp
Vanilla essence - 2 drops
salt - a pinch
How to Make:
Mix maida with baking powder and sift thrice.
In a large bowl, beat powdered sugar and melted
ghee with a wooden spoon until creamy.
Add egg one at a time and mix thoroughly.
Add maida spoon by spoon and mix. Avoid lumps.
When u get a thicker consistency, add milk and mix.
Finally add a pinch of salt and vanilla essence.
Mix well and keep aside.
Pre-heat oven in 180 d.
Pour the batter in a dusted baking tin. Bake it for
25 minutes/a toothpick comes out clean when u prick in the middle of the cake.
Allow the cake to cool on a wire rack.
Run a knife around the cake to take it
out. Decorate it as per your choice.
