Tomato pizza

Simple tomato pizza


Serving: 20
Preparation time: 1 hr. 30 minutes
Ingredients:
·         Lukewarm water: 3 cups
·         yeast: 1 tablespoon
·         sugar: 1⁄4 cup
·         salt: 1 tablespoon
·         flour: 8 -10 cups
·         cornmeal: 2 tablespoons
·         tomato sauce: 3 cans
·         black pepper: 2 tsp
·         shredded mozzarella cheese: 6 cups

How to make:

1. Take a bowl and mix water, sugar, yeast and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Now add in flour gradually. Knead dough and set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat oven at 475 F. Grease 5 baking pans with oil.
4. Divide dough into 5 equal portions.
5. On a flat working surface, roll the dough one by one flat, as per the size of 
baking pan.
6. Layer cornmeal onto each pan.
7. Now place flattened dough into pans and fix sides.
8. Pour some tomato sauce onto each, pepper and sprinkle some cheese over.
9. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

EC Vanilla cup cakes

                                EC Vanilla cup cakes


Ingridients:-


  • Flour - 1 1/4 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 175 g
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon


Whisk all these in a large bowl.

  • Butter in room temp - 90gr


Add in the butter with the flour mixture and whisk until u get a sandy mixture.

  • Eggs in room temp - 3
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon


In another bowl, crack 3 eggs, add milk and vanilla and whisk until frothy.
now, back to the flour mix. 

Add half of the egg-milk mix to the flour and whisk until fully incorporated. 

Then add the rest of the mix and whisk until its smooth and gooey.

Scrape down the sides and whisk again.

Preheat the oven in 180d C

Prepare a baking tin buttered and lined.

Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 30-40 mint in 180d C or until the skewer passes
the middle of the cake comes out clean.

I made a few cup cakes with this recipe.

For the frosting,

  • Dark cooking chocolate - 150g
  • Amul fresh cream - 50 ml
  • Salted caramel - 100g


Grate the chocolate and keep.

In a microwave proof glass bowl, add fresh cream and heat for 30 seconds.

Add grated chocolate and leave it for a minute. Mix well until fully melted.

Add salted caramel and mix. Let it cool. When its cool, keep refrigerated for an hour.

Take out from the fridge and beat the mixture with a beater. Using a piping bag, i have
piped the caramelized ganache on the cupcakes. Any types of nozzles are welcome.

Easy Ghee cake

Ingredients 

All purpose flour (maida)- 1 cup (I use 200 ml bowl)


Baking powder - 1 tsp


ghee - 3 table spoon - melted and cooled


sugar - 3/4 cup powdered


Eggs - 2


Milk - 4 tb sp


Vanilla essence - 2 drops


salt - a pinch

How to Make:

Mix maida with baking powder and sift thrice.


In a large bowl, beat powdered sugar and melted ghee with a wooden spoon until creamy.

Add egg one at a time and mix thoroughly.

Add maida spoon by spoon and mix. Avoid lumps.

When u get a thicker consistency, add milk and mix.

Finally add a pinch of salt and vanilla essence. Mix well and keep aside.

Pre-heat oven in 180 d.

Pour the batter in a dusted baking tin. Bake it for 25 minutes/a toothpick comes out clean when u prick in the middle of the cake. Allow the cake to cool on a wire rack. 

Run a knife around the cake to take it out. Decorate it as per your choice.

Easy Cream Ghee cake

Ingridients:
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup

Eggs - 2

Fresh cream - 1/4 cup

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Melted and cooled ghee - 4 tb sp

Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp

How to Make :


Sift thrice all purpose flour with baking powder. Keep aside.

Powder sugar in a mixer and transfer it to a big bowl. Add melted ghee and beat with a wooden spoon until the structure turns creamy.

Add 1 egg at a time and beat. Then add fresh cream and mix well. At last add sifted all purpose flour spoon by spoon and mix carefully.

Preheat the oven in 180 d

Grease a cake tin and dust with flour and remove the excess flour. Pour the batter to this tin.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the tin to a wire rack and cool it.

Decorate it with whipping cream or ganache of your choice.

Dates Carrot Cake

Dates Carrot Cake


Ingridients

                 Carrot grated-1 1/2 cup

                 Dates sliced-3/4th cup

                 Wheat flour- 200g ( a lil less than 1 1/2 cup)

                 Sugar-1 cup

                 Butter-3/4th cup (melted) / Oil - 1 cup

                 Baking powder-1 1/4 tsp

                 Baking Soda -1/4 tsp

                 Eggs-3

                 Vanilla Essence-1 tsp

                 Roasted cashews and raisins - 1/4 cup each.

HOW TO MAKE


Grind wheat flour with sugar to a smooth powder. Add eggs and blend well. 


Transfer it into a big bowl & add carrots, dates, nuts, raisins, baking powder, soda powder & vanilla essence & mix well and let it rest for an hour.


Preheat the oven in 180 d

Transfer the batter into a prepared cake tin. Bake in 180 d for about 35-40 minutes.

Start checking in 30 minutes. Let the cake tin cool in a wire rack for sometime.

Take the cake out carefully running a knife around the sides. Cut it with a heated knife, so that
its a bit ec to.

                 Maida - 1/2 cup

                 Sugar - 1/2 cup

                 Eggs - 2

                 Melted ghee - 50 ml

                 vanilla essence - 2 drops

                 Salt - a small pinch

                 Baking powder - 1/4 tsp


How to make



Blend all the ingredients, except baking powder in a mixer until a smooth paste. 

Remove to a bowl and add baking powder and mix well.

Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven in 180 d

Arrange liner in cup cake mold. Fill half of each holes with a spoon. Bake it for 11 to 13 minutes in 180 d.
